I bought a GYENNO bravo twist from amazon.com due to the $100 price difference. I’ve been trying to set up the app . It asked for a code which I cannot find. Can you help me please? Thank you you for your help in this matter

Unfortunately when you purchase the Gyenno from Amazon you actually buy it from an overseas store, so no the APP functions wont work.
Maybe try and contact who you purchased it from.
